Alchemising Fear. Unveiling the Hidden Purpose of Fear: A Journey to True Potential.

Discovering the hidden purpose of my fear was a game-changer in unveiling my true potential. Each moment of fear has transformed into a gateway for profound self-awareness and personal growth. This journey has been, to date, my biggest achievement.

In the Summer of 2024, I stood in my garden and said to myself "I'm done with being sad all the time!" In that moment I felt the truth of fear, it was a messenger, a passing emotion, that would only stay, if I invited it to do so. Sometimes, hitting rock bottom we have the opportunity to realise our true Operant Power. Our Higher Self comes in with a much better idea of who they believe we are!

Before this AHA moment, it had never occurred to me that I could choose to be other than sad!

My husband, my best friend, my business partner, my all of everything died. It will be 5 years in Autumn 2024. We met at school. I'd never been an adult without him. How could I face life without him? Well, on that Summer's day, it became clear to me. Fear is a choice, an invite to explore beyond what I think is true.
